حذف حساب عالندهة

الحذف الفوري من التطبيق

  1. افتح عالندهة وسجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.
  2. اختر الإعدادات من شريط التنقل.
  3. اختر حذف الحساب ثم أكد حذف حسابي نهائياً.

يحذف هذا الإجراء بيانات تسجيل الدخول والملف الشخصي ورموز الجهاز فوراً ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. قد نحتفظ بسجلات معاملات مجهّلة بالقدر المطلوب للامتثال القانوني ومنع الاحتيال وتسوية العمليات.

إذا لم تتمكن من فتح التطبيق

أرسل طلباً من رقم الهاتف المرتبط بالحساب إلى [email protected]. سنطلب التحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل الحذف وننجز الطلب خلال 7 أيام.

Delete your Anadha account

In the app, sign in and open Settings → Delete account → Permanently delete my account. This immediately deletes sign-in credentials, personal profile data, and device tokens and cannot be undone. Anonymized transaction records may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and operational settlement.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the phone number associated with the account. We will verify ownership and complete the request within 7 days.
